Alexander R. McDaniel
Alex is a member of the firm’s Litigation team and focuses his practice on Business Disputes, Construction, Cybersecurity, Employment, and Government and Public Sector. Alex's experience with the firm includes litigation in state and federal court on a multitude of issues. He regularly aids clients facing litigation as well as advises them on how to avoid it.
Alex received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Northern Iowa and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as law clerk for the 4th Judicial Circuit of Virginia and practiced personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and traumatic brain injury matters.
