Donald C. Schultz
Don is a partner with CWM and serves as the Practice Group Chair for the firm’s Commercial Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. He also practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Commercial Real Estate, Construction Law and Eminent Domain. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University, after which he began his career by clerking with the Honorable Blackwell N. Shelley of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
