Jacob Radford

Jacob practices in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, bankruptcy, and business disputes. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from Regent University School of Law. While at Regent, Jacob was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and served as a senior editor of the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy.

Jacob takes a practical and thorough approach to representing clients through all stages of a case, from initial investigation through trial. His practice includes contract disputes, construction claims, business litigation, and other complex civil matters. Jacob focuses on understanding his clients’ objectives and developing effective strategies tailored to those goals.
