David Vitto

 David Vitto is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor who represents public and private clients throughout Virginia in complex litigation, government matters, construction disputes, and business conflicts. He works closely with the firm's Government & Public Sector, Construction Law, and Government Contracting practice groups, helping clients navigate litigation, regulatory challenges, procurement issues, contract disputes, and other high-stakes legal matters.
 
David previously served as a state prosecutor in multiple Hampton Roads jurisdictions and brings extensive courtroom experience to every matter. He has tried hundreds of cases and handled appellate litigation before the Virginia Court of Appeals. His background allows him to effectively manage disputes from initial investigation through trial and appeal, while providing practical, results-oriented counsel to clients facing complex legal and operational challenges.
