• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively draft pleadings and correspondence and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Litigation & Discovery Expertise: Advanced knowledge of litigation processes and discovery technologies, including a preference for experience with e-discovery.
• Attention to Detail: Superior attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Professional, PACER, e-discovery platforms, TABS, Practice Master, Case Map, and Text Map.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of four years of law firm litigation support/trial experience.
