Ann K. Sullivan
Ms. Sullivan leads the Employment Law Group and represents employers and employees across the full spectrum of labor and personnel issues, including ERISA claims, Fair Labor Standards Act grievances, discrimination actions, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge litigation. She has successfully concluded several collective actions under the FLSA for plaintiffs and defendants. She also focuses on complex construction defect and civil litigation matters, including maritime and transportation litigation.

- Named one of Virginia's Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine for 2001-2006 in recognition of her work in employment law and in 2007 for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
