W. Ryan Snow

Mr. Snow handles a variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts. He focuses on business litigation, construction law, railroad litigation and maritime law.

Relevant Experience

  • Represents clients in a range of business disputes, from negotiation and enforcement of corporate debts to injunctions and attachment of assets.
  • Represents clients in construction and contract disputes, including installation and design defects, mechanics' liens, payment and performance bond claims and others.
  • Represents maritime interests in marine construction cases, cargo cases and others.
  • Represents railroad interests in a variety of cases.
  • Phi Beta Kappa, former Federalist Society chapter president, Davis Moot Court Judge and Mock Trial Finalist at Washington & Lee University.
