Timothy A. Coyle
Mr. Coyle is a senior member of the firm, where he leads the firm's Public Sector Law Group representing governmental entities. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to matters involving housing, commercial and residential development and municipal finance. He has represented numerous municipal and quasi-municipal organizations and has experience in HOPE VI, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and mixed-finance transactions. In addition, he serves as Bond Counsel and Issuer Counsel for Municipal Bond Issues. He served as the Managing Partner of the firm from 1990-1998.
