James L. Chapman IV

Mr. Chapman handles a broad range of civil litigation matters in federal and state courts. He has substantial jury trial experience and teaches trial practice at Regent University School of Law. His practice includes maritime, railroad, toxic tort, condemnation, and premises liability matters. Mr. Chapman is licensed to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina and has been Chairman of the firm's Litigation Department since 1995.
